Website for Studio Huis
A renovation advisory practice needed a clear digital presence. We built studiohuis.be: brand-first, clear services, and a low-friction contact path for homeowners.

Context
Studio Huis guides homeowners in Flanders through smarter renovations: renovation advice, energy & EPC, interior and lighting advice, and digital home dossiers. The practice needed a website that turns expertise into a clear, approachable journey.
Problem
Without a sharp digital presence, the offer lived mostly in conversations and ad-hoc explanations. Visitors couldn’t quickly see how the approach works, which services exist, or how to take a first step — so leads and trust were left on the table.
Approach
We started from one clear promise — smart renovating starts here — and built a brand-first landing: hero, step-by-step approach, services with concrete deliverables, and a contact form with privacy consent. Focus First kept scope tight: persuade and convert, no unnecessary modules.
Solution
A marketing site on a modern Next.js stack with responsive layout, clear CTAs, service structure (renovation, energy/EPC, interior & light, digital home dossier), and an intake form. Content and UX tuned for homeowners who don’t know where to start.
Outcome
studiohuis.be is live as both a recognizable digital calling card and a lead channel. Visitors see in one viewport who Studio Huis is, how the journey works, and can share their situation immediately.
