Terms of Service

1. Applicability

These terms apply to all services of Jonathan Barbé, trading as Focus First Digital Lab (VAT BE 0881.296.468), J.Hammeneckerstraat 40, 1880 Kapelle-op-den-Bos, Belgium.

2. Quotes and Contracts

Quotes are non-binding. A project begins after written confirmation and contract signature.

3. Payment

Payments follow the terms stated in the project contract. Focus First reserves the right to stop work if payment is not made.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Delivered code and designs are owned by the client after full payment.

5. Support and Warranty

30 days of post-launch support is included in Digital+ and Smart+ packages. Afterward, support is available on a project basis.

6. Liability

Focus First is not liable for indirect damages. Direct liability is limited to the project fee.

7. Changes

Scope or timeline changes are possible and will be billed separately.
