We collect data you voluntarily provide through contact forms: name, email address, organization type, project description. With consent, we also collect aggregated usage statistics via Google Analytics.

4. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to contact you about your project, send quotes, and deliver projects. Legal bases: consent (form) and/or legitimate interest for responding to your inquiry.

5. Processors and transfers

We use Resend for email delivery and, only with your consent, Google Analytics (Google Ireland / Google LLC). Analytics may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (including Standard Contractual Clauses). We do not share contact data for marketing.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Non-essential analytics cookies are only set after consent via the cookie banner. Details are in the cookie policy. You can change your choice later via Cookie settings in the footer.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and data portability. Contact info@focusfirst.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (GBA).

8. Retention Period

We retain contact information as long as needed for the project and up to 1 year afterward, unless you request deletion. Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention (default up to 14 months).
